About Nader Sleiman
I believe in the power of people in shaping an organization whereby organizations are only as strong as their weakest link. For this reason, I majored in Management at the American University of Beirut's AACSB Accredited Suliman S. Olayan School of Business. I also chose to develop my strengths in entrepreneurship, strategy, and human resource management in my concentration in order to grasp the best possible academic understanding of how the business environment can be strengthened and improved. Afterward, I completed the MSc in Organisational Change and Development at the University of Manchester, from which I graduated with Distinction. The latter granted me the opportunity to concentrate on the topics I'm interested in and gain more specialized knowledge that would guide me in dealing with organizational cultures and human capital in my career. However, my thirst for knowledge is yet to be quenched. I will be heading to the University of Oxford in September 2018 to conduct research on Social Inequality, Mobility, Education, and Labour Markets.
On the other hand, my professional background has been shaped in a manner that gives priority to finding opportunities in diverse fields whilst diving deeper into what the HR field has to offer. I currently work in Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) at Tyconz, particularly in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and training. I have also interned in social media marketing, banking, and training and development. My experiences have also been diverse in terms of the size of the companies I've interned in ranging from small, to medium, to large respectively. Hence, because of these opportunities, I've been able to enhance my skills and experience different workplace environments, which has given me a solid base in regards to my expectations and career aspirations.
